Brand Eye is a company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our products and services are all connected to the field of Intellectual Property, mainly trademarks, designs and patents, and marketing law.
Since the beginning in 1990 we have conducted a considerable amount of trademark research and surveys for clients all over Sweden. A vast majority of these surveys have been conducted for the purpose of being used in Swedish courts, both judicial and administrative courts as well as The Market Court.
The marketing research we conduct are mainly of four different kinds:
• to show that a brand has acquired distinctiveness,
• to show likelihood of confusion,
• to establish whether a brand has been used according to the registration within a period of five years.
• to establish that a brand is "known" according to marketing law.
